What we do
IntroDelta will work in association with any business that provides a quality engineering related solution or service. Many businesses invest effort and expertise in carefully selecting their core product set. However, when it comes to the peripheral components of the solution (the non-core elements), this same care is not always afforded. This is typically because there is very little time available in these lean days. Even when time was invested historically, as time has passed these component parts of the solution have not kept up with developing technology, or improving availability of such items.

Why we do it
Where companies have procurement personnel they are experienced in purchasing but not necessarily in the solution or the technology. IntroDelta will invest time and provide communication between the actual people identifying the requirement (commissioning engineers, design engineers and project managers). Very often it will be found that this communication alone, will allow the realisation that a problem suffered by one, has previously been resolved by another.

How we do it
IntroDelta will spend time with the documentation and the people involved. We will seek to understand the solution then carry out investigation and research. Issues will be outlined and options discussed.

IntroDelta has the ability to source and distribute products specific to a solution and will liaise and arrange this as necessary. IntroDelta will also consider and arrange the development of a specific product if the need presents itself to further enhance the customer solution.
